A pavement rehabilitation in which the full flexible pavement section and a predetermined portion of the underlying materials are uniformly crushed, pulverized and blended. Once the pavement has been reclaimed, a series of grading and compacting takes place.
We place type 7 asphalt by using state of the art paving equipment. By constructing a paving course to a thickness of 1 ½”-2” depending upon conditions set forth. Compaction shall be completed by using vibratory rollers weighing between 5-10 tons. Rolling and compacting shall continue until all areas are sealed and free of lines.
All existing castings will be removed and reset to required grade. All areas must be clean and free of all debris and road-paving materials. Manhole frames will be set in Portland cement mortar. Covers must be accurately set to finished grade.
Potholes form during any season and should be repaired immediately before causing any liability issues. Patching repairs are a cost-effective way of eliminating further damage, liability, deterioration, and pavement related headaches.
